Unprofessional, and worse network ever

I have bought data on Friday, the data didn't appear in my sim card, being calling mtn momo since Friday and they keep on telling me excuses and empty promises. This is unacceptable 😡. I have been with mtn for so long and never had any issues. Please refund me back I will gladly move to other network
