Please help

Hi there!still waiting for refund over car license disc dating from three months ago,each time I call their call centers I receive words like (the licensing is still processing your refund once done you’ll have to wait for seven days to be refunded)1475 rand taken till today I mean it may be little but it is too much money I could have done something to little better my life with.
