PAYMENT

Hello MTN MoMo Team,

I am a registered MTN MoMo Footsoldier Agent. Phone: agent number*** Location: Western cape, Cape town

For the month of July 2026, I completed my footsoldier duties and according to my commission report as per target I did more than 60 regtrations, in order for me to be able to get payment.

The payment was due in first week of August but I have not received it. I have been massaging Western cape MOMO Mtn management regarding to that telling them I really need the money I'm not able to do anything can't take my child to school because I did not get paid now it's been 2 weeks waiting for them, last massage they sent is that we need to be patient infact this is what, is happening evertime with MOMO when it's comes to payment I have followed up with: Anelisa Vithani Karabo David Mogola EJ

Despite multiple follow-ups there has been no payment or clear resolution.

As a footsoldier agent I rely on this commission for my income. Please pay my outstanding commission for July 2026 and confirm the payment date.

I would appreciate an urgent response and resolution. Thank you.
