Pathetic Service and Call Center Etiology

I was sent several SMS's informing me that i have won R10 in each of these SMS's, all i had to do was follow the links and i would get the winnings. i have followed these lings and i login to my Momo account but nothing happens. When i contact mtn last Wednesday, i get a ref number and i am told they will contact in 24 to 48 hours. It is Thursday 24 March, i had to phone to make contact both yesterday and today. And guess what.... still not resolved.... I must wait 2 to 24 hours.... i will have to phone tomorrow at three to follow up using my airtime like i did today....
