24 Jan 2025, 13:37Customer service it’s 0 Agents they don’t have product knowledge unable to assist as they were not trained or informed about this MOMO win and play and their system doesn’t even allow them to access information on Rewards even the email team clueless same Reply for 3 days of 72 hours and sending proof but still cannot assist I’m moving to Vodacom for rewards
