MTN Momo

I cashed in my mtn momo by R50 three times same day by EFT, but my wallet still remained R0 no money was transferred to the account. I contacted the bank and it was confirmed that the transaction went through. I contacted MTN Momo and sent 3 proof of payment, they promised me feedback in 7 days but even now after the 7 days there is no update. No one is saying anything about my money. I'm so frustrated because I spent my money for nothing. I'm really very disappointed with MTN Momo.
