on the 05.09.2020 i paid for my licence disks on your app, and today its the 15.09.2020 and i still havent received it, i am not sure if its already in transit or what, and i am moving around with a car that is not licenced from the 31.08.2020 i used this app thinking it will be quick.

can somebody please assist ASAP.
