Money does not reflect on Momo

I deposited money (R900) to Momo app to pay for Dstv money hasn't reflected, I called and query was forwarded, received confirmation mail of the query, but everytime I do follow up they are telling for wait 72 hours, mind you I patiently wait for that 72 hours of theirs, and today calling for the 4th time they're telling to wait another 72 hours... I'm very much frustrated and disappointed with the service 😠
