MoMo Lotto and Powerball ****

I'm very disappointed with MoMo and the whole service I received from the consultants resolving my transaction. I bought a a quick pick lotto and PowerBall ticket via app, transaction went through but I didn't get my numbers back to check if I win or not. System kept on telling me to resend the ticket but no numbers came back. I called several times only to get reference numbers and that my issue will be resolved. None of that happened. I feel like I was ****med. What if my numbers won and they were withheld from me.

I'm very unhappy and will never advise anyone to use the lotto and powerball service via momo
