Missing vouchers!!!!

The customer service is ********** for this financial app. This is now the second time my voucher has has not been received. I have been calling but all I get are lies lies lies and more lies promising that the matter is solved. I am very disappointed in MTN. This is not the way to deal with you clients especially because this is a money app. That app and the customer service centre is nothing but a big ****
