I cashed out using Nedbank but never received the voucher sms. I logged the problem on the 26th of May and on the 28th of May I got an sms saying my query was resolved but when I checked my account there was no money. I called the call center and they said because I reached my limit they will deposit the money on the 1st of June. Its now the 5th and nothing has happened. I got an email today saying that they still waiting feedback from Nedbank I don't understand how coz one of your consultants said they received feedback from Nedbank. Please give me my money so I can close my account coz from today I am no longer using MoMo
