0n the 28th of May 2024 I deposited R1000 into Momo (Money Mobile), the money didn't appear as it was not processed. When I called, I was informed that I need to upgrade to Momo Plus. I did that but the funds were not processed still. I called again and was informed that my matter will be attended on the 1st of June 2024, I waited and nothing happened on the first. I called and sent email, I was informed that my matter will be attended on Monday the 3rd. On Monday no funds were processed. I called again and was informed that I need to wait 72. I reported the matter on the 28th, 72 hours has long passed and today is the 5th, 8th day since I reported the matter and my funds still not processed.
