Frustrating Mtn momo service

A cash out transaction was done from my momo wallet for cash withdrawal at a Nedbank ATM. I never received a voucher for withdrawal of the cash for five days. A query was logged via MTN customer number 083135. I was mislead to believe that my frustration will be sorted within 72 hours and that later proved to be false. I regret having known this momo product. The intended recipient of the cash was waiting for the money that was to fix a medical emergency. This poor customer service came with endless unfulfilled promises. I don't wish any consumer to experience this kind of inconvenience.
