Disc Renewal online a nightmare on Momo

I used my partners momo account to pay for a disc renewal something i had done in the past. I trusted Momo but from the 30th if April 2024 till today no one seems bothered. They promise to call back and they never do. I dial 135 almost daiky and its sooo depressing. Can you please just refund the money am tired of your stupic excuses that you are investigating.. What?? For 2 months please just refund that money. I will shout on every mountain till someone listens and actually do the refund. I wont be abused by you.. Just do right
