Your mattress or Momentum!!!

The company that i worked for went under liquidation. We have submitted our provided fund papers in July already but still waiting on funds to be paid out till this day. Have been calling the call center 4 days in a row now and they keep telling me that the company needs to pay the last contributions. I know the company has paid the last contributions to Momentum. I got hold of a Administration Manager and she said that the matter has been referred to their legal team. Why is it a legal matter now when you are withdrawing your funds. I have send email to get clarification about the matter which is referred the legal team but get no response. No one can tell us when the funds will be paid out. This is a very bad situation because some people are on the brink of losing every because Momentum is taking their time. It has been more then 5 weeks now and Momentum haven't even started with the claims of all the employees as yet. The company and the employees had made contributions to Momentum every month and some of them for 14 years and now when Momentum needs to pay out there are issues!!! Is this the manner that financial companies are handling your assets or your funds then you should think again. Rather put your money under your mattress then you know its safe. Because getting your money that you have worked hard for from Momentum it not easy.
