YOU ARE ******* MOMENTUM MULTIPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with Momentum Multiply!!!!!! I gave my broker instruction to cancel my insurance, medical aid and multiply in January, which he did. In February, March & April they deducted again from my account. I phoned them to ask why they are still deducting and they confirmed that they did receive the cancellation email but, according to their "policy" they want the client to phone them. This is bull****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why do I pay a broker to handle everything on my behalf??? AGAINNNNNNN last night they deducted money from my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel they MUST refund all my installments from FEB to date. You are ******* MOMENTUM MULTIPLY, you are looking for every excuse in the book to take money from people, that is *****ING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
