WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOMENTUM!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible! I don't even have a better word to describe this. My husband has been struggling to find out when his money will be paid out, every time it's...the money has been location. You will receive it in 10 days. 10days goes by, no money. He calls again. Same thing. Calls again "oh this time the story changed, in 10 days they will start the process. What is happening and why don't you just pay out our money! Then you get on the phone with a "operator" who most definitely is working from home, kids are screaming in the back you can hardly hear what he is saying. How incompetence! How unprofessional. If I don't find out what is happening within 24 hours I'll contact the ombudsman, and I won't stop until we have our money! Would absolutely never recommend Momentum. Never ever!
