Worst service momentum and stanlib

Enough is enough now Momentum and Stanlib stop blaming each other and please communicate with each other I am waiting almost 4 years for my FNB retirement pension fund to be transferred to Stanlib. There always seems to be something or the other that is required by both parties nobody follows up with each are the staff so inexperienced they cannot assist at I now need to submit Rot documents to sars I shudder to think how longer l that will take.please advise me how will I be compensated for my time and calls and emails
