Worst service I've ever experienced from momentum

I resigned at work and withdrew my provident fund but i have still not been paid out. Even after countless calls, being put on hold for ages, promises of call backs and even promises of the money being paid out on a certain day, i have still not received anything, today is the 20th Dec and they will be closed over the festive period, now I'll be stuck with no money over the Christmas period and it seems like no one cares about it at momentum. On my last car i was told my money is being put on hold by IT?????? What the hell does IT have to do with this???
