Worst service ever!!

Worst service ever. I submitted my claim on the 9th of September for my two pot. I have been calling almost everyday to try and get feedback. I requested to speak to a manager and was told that Zodwa is going to call me back. I have been waiting for that phone call.

When you call you literally wait for an hour before you can speak to someone. I need this escalated to the highest level.
