Worst service ever

If I could give a negative rating I would. Worst experience I have ever been through. I claimed for my funds in November, it’s now going to Feb, and there is no progress. Everyday being fed with lies. One day your money is out, the next day it has still has to through SARS.

I have never been so fed up, and these guys don’t even care, can’t even update you on anything

Don’t understand how such a big company can operate like this. Horrible horrible experience
