Worst pension fund

Worst pension fund handling process ever, I've been waiting on a pay out of my pension fund that was meant to take no longer than 8 weeks maximum I've been waiting since November the 2nd for my pension fund pay out, you call the contact Centre, they will tell you your payment is to be processed and paid back to you within the week and then 3 weeks later you'll still be waiting, if this is anything to go by I will never have any affiliation with momentum of any nature if there is an ombudsman to complain too I will e taking it up with them this is horrible and unacceptable.
