Worst of the worst
If i had zero star I would give them. I sent them an email in June letting them know if my resignation and how my previous employer is giving me a run around regarding the forms and signing their part ( ex employer). For a month no one responds to me . I called the multiple times and they would simply promise to call back which never happened. Fast forward now, the request for the form has been sent to the employer and still no one is interested in advising anything. Their online chat is pathetic the lady Thabang ( if it’s a lady) simply say call the call center) doesn’t even bother giving details. Can I get my money and stay the f**ck away from you guys??

02 Aug 2023, 09:25It’s around the 24 hour mark since I sent this and there has been no contact of any kind from the department you said to have referred my issue. Please understand that we don’t do withdrawals because it’s nice we have issues to sort of using our monies to be ignored like this.
