Good day I have a case with Momentum MRA team ref BQZ566R. Despite following the processes and adhering to the rules no feedback has been given. We have communicated numerous time through email phone calls etc with no avail. This matter is of urgency becuase I'm currently sinking in debts and they're not going anywhere. No one I mean no one has given me feedback whatsoever. What is the purpose of having communication sources and empoloyees when they're just sitting and not working. This is ******** and ********* and affects my daily way of life. I can't be continuosly having to follow up and get nothing in return when everything is in place.

07 Feb 2024, 12:20Hi. Today it's the 07 of February and I still haven't received any feedback whatsoever. What kind of employees have you employeed to a point they fail to even provide concrete feedback? The Incompetency level is ridiculous. The livelyhood of my children is currently dependent on the people who have humanity at all. You guys fail to understand you're working with sentive people here and also, you will be in this situation one day. Non of you are robots you'll loose a loved one and see and feel the impact tremendously. I'm not going to go through this over and over again because of people who are lazy. I demand feedback immediately and don't come back and tell me there are things I need to submit because I submitted everything the first month my husband past on.

09 Feb 2024, 08:26Hi Momentum still today no feedback nor any contact with regards to my enquiry,I will state again my husband was the bread winner and currently due to the circumstances I have been put because of Momentum andMRA team,I am owing rental of the house my husband worked years for, insurance which protect the house, it's truely disappointing and frustrating and streesfull which is affecting my health as I have to have to figure out where my next meal should come from knowing very well my husband put certain securities in place for my family to never have to go through such. Everyone will know of the Momentum and MRA treatment for service with such sensitive matter. Very disappointed
