Worst FSP, Don't take a policy even if it's Free

It's clear that momentum is pathetic in terms of honouring claims..if you look at all the previous reviews...nobody was satisfied with payment of their funds... Consultants lie to you that they will call you back, They lie to you about sending you emails which they don't...

I used so much of my airtime continuously calling this company to get an update on my withdrawal..

They ask for documents that are not even relevant to the claim. I am appalled by the service received by such an institution which is supposed to be a leading FSP I had to keep explaining my issues to consultants over n over..

To answer the phone they are very quick...to take your premiums they are spot on..but to paid your claim.. that's another story.. I'm still waiting for my claim to be paid And I would like the process expedited!
