Worst experience ever.

14 years ago when my daughter was born, I wanted to take out an education policy for her. I was hoping that it would provide for her tertiary education should she ever go to varsity. The policy arrived was presented to me by a broker, who knew that I am dyslexic, told me it was in order, and I signed it. One day my wife rad the policy and then asked me why I had insured our daughters life. She was about 8 months old at this time. I took the policy to the broker and showed it to him, he agreed that momentum had *******ly insured my daughter's life. So we cancelled the policy, and I put it out of my mind. Then about 8 years ago I received notification from momentum that there was R3,800 owing to me from this policy. They sent me forms that I had to fill in to get the money. I explained to each person that I dealt with that I am dyslexic, and I asked them to guide me through the filling in of the forms. Even though I filled in the forms exactly as they told me, they kept saying that I had filled them out incorrectly. I finally got a friend of mine, who is a lawyer to fill them out for me, and resubmitted them. They now claimed that they could not read the hand writing. Then the copy was to feint to read. I eventually sent them an email telling how sick I was of having to do this. I havent heard from them since. It's only R3,800. Why are they so desperate to hold on to it? How on earth does a company with such a bad rep stay afloat. All I can think of is that they do to everybody what they have done to me. Thanks for nothing.
