Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ever.

I don't believe I have ever dealt with a large corporate (or any other business for that matter) with worse customer service. I have been dealing with Momentum Multiply since March to replace a faulty watch and to allocate health returns for missed active days due to issue on the device. They just seemed incredibly disinterested in trying to help me. Besides that, there is no clear line of product returns for items bought on their online store. On Takealot, if a product is faulty, they replace it with no further questions asked. If I want to, I can even exchange and upgrade to more expensive items with credit for returned products. Momentum don't even seem to exchange faulty items without months of begging. They were so clearly at fault and yet, when a line manager finally contacted me to resolve my issue (after I used a contact to get to some real executive management), he didn't even attempt to apologise once. This also goes for the other two managers who contacted me afterwards, I was made to feel like an idiot for even suggesting that they had done something wrong. Their customer service is terrible and there seems to be no sense of leadership when it comes to even trying to do the minimum to help customers.

Dear Mr Stander,

I would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  It is unfortunate that you have not had a favourable service experience and would like to apologise for that.  The matter has been escalated to the relevant department for investigation and they will be in contact  with you shortly to assist further.

Kind regards,

Dear Mr Stander,

Sunil Seetel from our online shop has sent you an email this morning with feedback.

Sunil contacted Garmin this morning who have confirmed that they will assist with a credit. Multiply will process the refund as soon as Garmin has assessed the unit and confirmed the credit note.

Please note that Garmin are still waiting for you to return paperwork to them explaining the reason for the returning the item.

Kind regards,

ND
