Worst customer service ever

My fellow people please do yourself a favor, never do business with Momentum the employees are very ***********, I've logged a claim with Momentum from the end of October till today I have not been assisted, been calling, probably over 40 times now and still no help, I e would swear I'm asking them for a favor the way they do things, yesterday I spoke to Kenneth who advised that Snegugu who is apparently the team leader, would call me and give feedback but guess what, I'm still waiting for her to call me, my advise take your business elsewhere because this company is a Big joke, I know retail is not so great but momentum takes the trophy
