Worst Company Ever! Terrible Service!
After having lodged a complaint on Hello Peter you guys still fail to call me and provide feedback on how far my claim is! I have been waiting for feedback every since i was told by Nicolette that a Fund Manager will call me. My matter has been escalated several times and yet no feedback. How can i further escalate this issue of funds I withdrawn from my Retirement fund using the exit link that was sent by Momentum? I think I'm going to go to social media now because Momentum just does not care about their customers!

On the HelloPeter - website we can only assist you by referring the matter to the Fund Managers. We do not have access to their records, and we therefore alert them to your concerns raised on this social media platform.

I have still not received any feedback from Yvette. She has not tried to call me nor sent through the form as promised on the 24 October 2024 already. No one has bothered to call me ever since my matter has been first escalated. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK!
