Worse service of my life

I have been requesting a tax certificate from them for 2019 regarding my provident fund and they are telling me they do not have one on record as payment has not been made. What utter ******* is that when payment has been made on a month to month basis. I have never received any worse service in my life. I'm actually disappointed
