Worse service ever

I received a link in March to complete my online provident fund withdrawal. I haven't received my payment as yet. I called Momentum twice already and both the consultants that I spoke to said they will escalate it and I will get an sms as confirmation. I never received any SMS's and I really think this is not fair. This is the worse service I have ever received from a professional company like Momentum.
