Worse 2 years of my life

<p>My mother was a member of moment Provident fund , she passed away more than two years ago , and it was a very touch and painful times for us , she left behind momentum funds at work (provident fund) which was meant to be paid out with 6 months, for the past two years my family and we have been trying to get the money to be paid out but momentum took us up and down requesting so many documentation, finally last month they paid out the benefit to my father and i not to mention peanuts which was given to me , i have made peace with that , My daughter was given a share of 17 000 Rand to cover school fees and clothing and transport and Momentum only paid 300 to my account , i mean SERIOUSLY WHAT WILL I DO WITH R300 ,i called them back and spoke to an unprofessional call centre agent whom tells me that i need to get quotation for clothing , WHERE THAT HELL WILL YOU GET A QOUTE FOR CLOTHING , This is my mum's money which she worked for , after two years of her passing they still rounding around with our money , this has caused so much pain in my family , and our emotional health . MOMENTUM IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER , I WILL NEVER TAKE YOU A POLICY WITH THEM AND WILL TAKE THEM TO ombudsman</p>
