Withdrawal Request

Dear Momentum Team, It is remarkable that I am still writing to you about the same withdrawal request that began on 19 February 2026. Despite multiple emails, phone calls, and assurances of “we’ll call you back,” nothing has been resolved. To recap what you already should know: - Documents were emailed on 19 February, 4 March, and 19 March 2026. - Reference numbers provided by your own system: 234‑***7 and 234‑***8. - Calls dropped on 17, 18, 19, and 20 March 2026 (several times each day), with no return calls despite promises. - Airtime costs on my side now exceed R250, simply trying to reach you. - On 19 February, I was told you “never received the documents” — while I had them open in front of me. - On 20 March, your agent argued the reference number was “wrong,” even though it was taken directly from your own email. It is difficult to understand how a company of your size can mishandle something so basic for over a month. I have resent documents three times, spoken to multiple agents, and yet your internal systems seem to generate conflicting reference numbers and contradictory statements. At this point, I expect immediate resolution of my withdrawal request, confirmation of the correct reference number, and a clear explanation of why your processes have failed so spectacularly. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate further. I look forward — against all odds — to finally receiving a proper response. Sincerely,

Reviewer Update
After weeks of frustration, dropped calls, disputed reference numbers, and repeated document submissions, our withdrawal request was finally resolved — not by Momentum’s systems, but by one individual who chose to act with professionalism.

To recap:
• The request began on 19 February 2026.
• Documents were resent three times.
• Reference numbers generated by Momentum’s own system were disputed by their own agents.
• Calls were dropped repeatedly, costing us over R250 in airtime.
• For more than a month, the issue remained unresolved due to something as basic as an umlaut in a surname being ignored.

And yet, when Tafhreeq took ownership of the case, the difference was immediate. He calmly identified the root cause, corrected it, and within three working days the request was confirmed, fixed, and paid.

This is the level of service one expects from a company of Momentum’s size. It is disappointing that it took so long to reach someone capable of delivering it, but it is worth stating clearly: Tafhreeq’s professionalism, patience, and efficiency deserve recognition. He is the reason this matter was resolved, and he is the reason we are not still filing complaints.

Momentum should take note: one employee did what multiple agents and systems failed to do for over a month. That is worth a Bravo — and frankly, a raise...
