Withdrawal of pension on emigration.

I am over 55 and I emigrated to the UK at the end of July last year, I had financial emigration in place before I left, declaring all my assets, I have a tax clearance for emigration from SARS and I have SARB approval, on arrival in the UK I contacted Momentum, completed all the requested forms and sent this will all the supporting documents to Momentum, they have acknowledged that they have received all the documentation and that the withdrawal of my RA is in process, they sent me a time line of the procedure and how long it would take to be paid out, which I understood would take around 3 months maximum. I have now been here in the UK 8 months and have still not received my money, I have been frequently emailing them regarding the status of my application, I do get replies but they are constantly making excuses, first that they are waiting for SARS to issue a directive and finally now they say they have the directive number but awaiting the directive in the post from SARS. And they cannot make the pay out until they receive the original in the post which I really don’t believe as everything with SARS is done electronically I recently phoned SARS and found out that the tax directive was issued in October of last year! I have informed Momentum of this and still they say they are awaiting the directive in post! I have also asked for a contact number of someone more senior that I can speak to and I get nothing. I am very disappointed and with the way Momentum has handled this and the way I have been treated.
