Withdrawal for Funds at work

I'm really not impressed with their services. I've sent an application before the 10th of December 2020 for my Funds at work. I spoke to a lady by the name of Nombuso who advices that I should reapply for my Funds at work due to the fact that the company that I worked for did not tell them to release the funds but instead they told momentum that i will continue to pay for my Funds at work with my current employee. So Nombuso advised me to reapply without giving me full information as i when can i get the money paid into my account or how long will this whole process take.

The company I worked for is under ADEO group and momentum approaches companies to go for their services while they fully know that their services are poor.

I believe that while they where getting contributions from us it was all good but now that i need to get my money from them its a mission. I've been getting some annoying emails from them asking me to send all the necessary documents but nothing is happening
