Withdrawal Claim Frustration

Horrible service from momentum, I resigned more than two months ago and I have been calling momentum to facilitate my withdrawal from their pension plan scheme. I have asked for a smart exit link more than ten times, every time I called I’m being told the link will be sent but I get nothing and there is no explanation why I never got the link. If something is broken then say that and why have you not fixed it.
