Withdrawal Claim Delay and Dropped Calls

I completed a withdrawal on the 19th March 2026 with confirmation that the process will take 4 - 6 weeks. The time has passed and no update has been provided. I have followed up numerous times via email and only receive their autoreply. Furthermore, other departments I have gone through have answered my calls EXCEPT for Momentum Retirement Administrators. My calls will get dropped after a few minutes of holding.

Your lack of communication, lack of answering our calls, is insulting to say the least. To think my former employer has invested our provident funds with you is now worrying. You fail to manage expectations so much it is a shame.

Hello.

To date I have not received a response or update on the progress of my withdrawal. Your FundsAtWork department is doing nothing as I am not getting anything from them. It is increasingly frustrating to have to wait for nearly two months for my payment whilst my electricity has been cut off this week and my rest is overdue. Before I know it, my family will have been evicted and this brings a whole new set of challenges caused by this lack of service. I will refer this matter to the Pension Fund Adjudicator and see what options I have in escalating. This is honestly unacceptable!

Another two days have gone by with no updates, no contact, no communication. I will now be escalating to the Ombudsman.
