Withdrawal

I withdrew my funds from momentum as i've resigned, i've never seen such a poor service as the one i've received at momentum, i did everything they requested through an email submitted all the documents as requested, and still its been almost a month and im still waiting for my funds to be deposited into my acccount. They cant even take time to give a person a call and atleast let you know whats going on you have to keep on phoning them, at everytime i call them there's always excuses and laim excuses. It feels as if im trying to get a loan from them and yet i am only trying to get my money from them.
