Why am I still being debited by you when you have said that the policies have lapsed?

I am having R1307-48 deducted monthly by debit order from my bank account for 4 policies in my wife's name. My financial advisor tells me that you have told her that these policies have lapsed. If so why am I still being debited every month? Please will you escalate this so that the situation can be resolved. If the policies have lapsed please tell me when they lapsed and please can I then have a full refund, pus interest for what I have been debited over the past years. The reference number is the policy numbers.
