Whatsapp portal giving error with withdrawal

I have been struggling to withdraw from the momentum whatsapp portal.It gives an error.I called the momentum call centre and my HR to verify my annual taxable income and it correspondes with what is on the portal. The call centre agents both said they are never told when the portal is down or having problems.Why is Momentum giving me such a hardtime for what is rightfully mine, and im not getting a right answer.

A lady by the name of Shainese Louis contacted me first thing in the morning and resolved my issue.Although we struggled but she was very patient and tried by all means to get a solution.Finally the claim was submitted.Hope everything goes well till the last step..A big shout out to Shai ese Louis .
