Whatever you do, don't invest with Momentum.

<p>My Mother passed away in October 2015. She had two retirement annuities with Momentum of which my brother and I are the beneficiaries of these policies. My brother and I submitted documents in mid December and we were told that we needed to supply further documents. </p> <p>We then submitted these extra documents in Febuary 2016. And then we waited.....and waited some more. Eventually, I emailed Momentum. After a week I received an email that more documents and letters were required. These were sent on the 17th of May 2016 . I decided to call the risk claims department today to follow up. It seems they did not receive the documents sent three weeks ago and the person I spoke to wanted the documents sent in Febuary as according to her they were not received. Good lord Momemtum, what will it take to get this matter resolved? </p>
