WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS????

I have been trying to follow up on my claim and at first I was told to wait for 2 more weeks. Which I did... Now that I'm trying to follow up on my claim, I am being told different stories. I spoke to MARIA MASWANGWANYI (FundsAtWork) who reports to Donevan/Joleen Naidoo. She said she's waiting for finance to get back to her. Today I tried getting a hold of her multiple times. I ended up getting different information from Dineo which didn't match what Maria told me. Then I got through to Wendy who hung up on me. Then I spoke to Keitumetse, she also promised to put me through to Maria's senior but she hung up on me too. The worst part is that the lines have been busy the whole day and each time a luckily get through to an agent I don't get the assistance I want because everyone is saying their own thing.

I shouldn't have to beg to get assistance... I am not asking for a loan... This is my money and I worked tirelessly for it.

All I wanted was to get a date of when I will get my money. Till this day, after claiming on the 31st of August, I have never received an email, an sms or even a call to update me on the progress.

I'm disappointed because Momentum is a reputable brand.

I am expecting payment to be made no later than Wednesday, that's if Maria did what she had to which I doubt since she didn't bother to get back to me and I have not received any communication.

Since no one wants to speak to me, I'm expecting payment to reflect in my account no later than Thursday! I will take this further if I have to.
