Waiting since August 2015 for payout

After several promises no payout. <br> The last mail I got from Chantal stated that the money will reflect in my account today. No feedback on any e-mails send today and none of the numbers I'm calling gets answered. <br> <br> On the Main number *** no one answers as well and I have left several messages since 08:00 this morning on the answering service for a call back.
