Waiting for Pen en Prov - Kids kicked out of school en homeless because i havent paid rent en school fees.

I was dismissed from work in March en claimed my benefits from momentum. Currently my kids have been kicked out of school and have to move out by weekend due none payments of school fees and rent. I have been calling and email with no luck. My tax derivatives only came back on Wed and to date still no payment recieved. I urgently need funds to be paid into my account. I was told the person dealing with my case is off and would like to understand why must we suffer without food to eat en place to stay because someone is not in?

I personally think Momentum should understand the urgency of these claims sometimes as some people's lives depends on it. I know for a fact this process can take few days to be paid after the last contributions have been recieved from the participating employer of which is the 7th of every month. Is been 6 weeks and because i was dismissed i have no source of income and have been relying on these funds.

I would really appreciate urgent payment as my life depends on this and where can we go if wr dont pay rent by today?
