Waiting 42 working days for payout (if it comes)

I completed my application for my provident fund pay out on the 14th of October ( 30 working days ago ). I have called over the last 3 weeks to check in as I have received no feedback from anyone. Today I’m told it may take another 12 working days which means it would’ve taken 42 working days or 9 weeks as opposed to the 15 day lead time originally given.

If this issue is not sorted out I will cancel all my existing policies with momentum and get my family to do the same because this level of service is absolutely shocking.

Had someone told me in the beginning of the process it would take 45 or 60 days I would have happily waited, the expectation given has made life difficult and because of broken promises.
