Vouchers

I bought a Edgars voucher - went to Edgars Forest Hill and no one knew how to process it. Whats the use of buying vouchers if your partners dont know how to use them? Something that is supposes to add value to your scheme just ended up wasting my Saturday afternoon. <br> <br> The Multiply scheme administration is a joke - dont you feel embarrased? Ebucks and Vitality seems to get it right? If you cant even run a rewards scheme, how poorly are you running the rest of your business?
