Voucher bought form online shop

I bought a Pro Shop voucher on 26/08/2015 through the Multiply online shop. I then phoned the call center to confirm when I will be receiving the voucher number. They confirmed that I will receive it within 6 hours.<br> <br> Althea at The Pro Shop N1 City also tried multiple times to get the voucher number as they already gave me my goods I wanted to purchase. It's now almost 2 weeks later and still no response from the provider.<br> <br> Pathetic service and a very bad experience for me and The Pro Shop<br> <br> <br>
