Virgin Active Joining Special - false advertising.

We have just activated the multiply benefit through Momentum. I went to our local Virgin Active (VA) to sign up the family and was told that they have a special running (a R700 refund if we join within the month of July and we attend the gym 24 times from activation until the end of Aug). <br> <br> The VA consultant advised us that we can pro-rate the date for July to quality for the benefit. Part of the special for July would include a further R99 per person activation fee wavered. We would get a total of R898.00 discount for joining in July. <br> <br> I have been advised that Momentum will NOT pro-rate my Multiply policy for these last days of July and will only activate the membership from the 1 August, - SO HOW DO WE QUALIFY FOR THIS BENEFIT!!! and the discount - why should I lose out - just pro-rate my Multiply policy NOW
