Very poor service
Spent the last 40 minutes trying to get hold of someone I can talk to at momentum in regards to something about the two pot system, I exhausted my airtime and I'm pretty annoyed. Absolutely unacceptable to be left hanging with no response.

12 Sept 2024, 16:14Thank you, Jake, but your identity number does not seem to help.
What are your initials and surname?
There are various business units within the company, and various business areas are dealing with two pot withdrawals. To ensure that we provide you with the correct feedback, we need to trace your policy number.
I have to look at the history in 2015, in order to provide you with the relevant feedback.
If possible, please also add the policy number, for ease of reference.
Regards
EdB

You would find the policy number on recent communication sent to you.
There are various business areas within the company, and it would serve no purpose if the correct business area does not come into contact with you, as only your applicable business area would be in the position to provide you with the answers you are looking for.
That is why I am trying to determine your area first, before requesting that a call be made to you.
The company is extremely big, and we therefore try and find the correct area before we attend to your complaint.
I hope this makes sense, as we really want to assist you.
Kind regards
EdB

When we receive the complaint on the HelloPeter - website, we have to establish in which business unit the complaint resides. We then refer the matter to the relevant area, as they are now notified of the complaint, and they will then investigate and contact you from their side.
At this stage, you have confirmed the business area, and I have confirmed your complaint to the fund manager, and they will then provide you with feedback.
We can unfortunately not finalise the matter on this website, as we also have to protect your policy information as this is a public platform.
I hope this gives you a better understanding of the process.
Kind regards
EdB
