Very poor service

DO NOT BUY WOOLWORTHS VOUCHERS! I bought a R3000 voucher last month, didn't get cashbacks. Have been emailing to no avail. Then I was dumb enough to buy a voucher again last week for R3000, did not receive the voucher, was told they would refund me within 24 hrs...it's been 6 days, they can't even tell me if they have processed the refund. I'm going to get quotes from discovery for all our products and I'm going to social media with this. Unacceptable! The service has taken a dive for the worst.
